Dr. Vitaly Dvoskin is a licensed physical therapist in New York, New Jersey, and California and the owner of Moving Forward Physical Therapy PC. He earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University and completed his baccalaureate degree in Health and Exercise Science, with a Minor in Coaching, at Syracuse University.
