With a background in healthcare, a degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University at Albany, and a Digital Marketing certificate from Columbia University, she successfully manages both daily operations and strategic outreach, including social media efforts to connect with the community. Known for her calm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, Delayne creates a welcoming environment where patients feel truly valued. Outside of work, Delayne enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her loved ones. Her friendly and warm personality shines through in all aspects of her life.
